Payment

On receipt of your order we will call you to take your credit or debit card details over the phone.

Delivery

All deliveries within the UK are posted Special Delivery, within 5 days of receiving the order. Postage and packaging costs for single items are as follows:

  • United Kingdom: £7.00
  • Europe: £12.00 (allow 7 to 10 working days)
  • Rest of the world: £16.00 (allow 7 to 10 working days)
  • A courier service can be arranged – price on application.

Any customs or import duties levied once orders reach the destination country will be your own responsibility.

In the unlikely event that your purchases are damaged or faulty, please return them by registered post, along with your telephone number to:

On receipt of the goods we will contact you to reimburse the cost of the purchases.
